Deep Tissue:

Releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on specific areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons, and fascia. It can be used for specific work or full-body.

Injury Treatment:

Massage that is goal-oriented, result-based, corrective therapy. Focused on Pain Relief, Injury Healing & Rehabilitation, Correction of Soft Tissue Dysfunction, including Postural Distortions & Increased flexibility.

Deep Muscle Therapy:

Works to stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory systems to promote cellular repair while removing the hazardous toxins.

Sports Massage:

For the athlete, sports massage techniques are utilized at all stages: pre-event, post-event, during training and to expedite rehabilitation after injury.


The most common form of massage, Swedish mainly relaxes the muscles and eases aches and pains. Swedish Massage is a system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.

Pregnancy Massage:

Massage during pregnancy not only makes a woman feel pampered, but offers undeniable physical benefits as well. Massage can relieve fatigue, enhance sleep and calm an active baby.

Neuromuscular Technique:

Treatment for the release of muscular tension and more specifically to assist in the deactivation and removal of Myofascial Trigger Points (Trigger points are described as hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with palpable nodules in taut bands of muscle fibers. The palpable nodules are said to be small contraction knots and a common cause of pain. Compression of a trigger point may elicit local tenderness, referred pain, or local twitch response.). A variety of treatment methods are explored including the use of pressure, heat and ice.

Muscle Energy Technique:

Manipulative treatment, which uses active muscular contraction in order to release the restrictions at the joint/muscle barrier. Several different types of muscular actions are used including, Isometric, Isotonic, Isokinetic, and Isolytic, contractions to achieve lasting change.

Lomi Lomi:

Traditional Hawaiian massage that utilizes long, flowing strokes to ease muscles and connect body, mind and spirit.
